Boy group Seventeen will hold a fan meet titled “Seventeen in Carat Land” online and offline from March 25 to 27, their agency Pledis Entertainment announced Thursday.
The offline fan meet on March 27 will be simulcast live online.
“Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, offline events can only be booked by Koreans and foreigners residing in the country,” the agency said.
Seventeen is a 13-member multinational boy band that debuted on May 29, 2015 with their EP “17 Carat”. He is known for hits such as “Adore U” (2015), “Don’t Wanna Cry” (2017) and “Ready to Love” (2021).
Last month, the boy group had two exclusive interviews with overseas media outlets NME and Elite Daily for their achievements last year, with the respective outlets publishing articles titled “Seventeen Look Back On Their ‘Unforgettable’ 2021: It Made Us reflect on how we took things for granted” and “Seventeen Promises New Music and Epic Surprises in 2022”.
The group’s Japanese EP “Power of Love” (2021) was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ) last month.
