Ubiquity Lab today announced a new appointment at its growing agency. Nidhi (Nests) Rajan joins as Director of Digital and Performance.
Since its launch in 2018, Ubiquity Lab has disrupted the market with its distinct offering – a data-driven performance marketing, content and communications agency. The agency helps clients connect every dot to deliver dynamic, ubiquitous marketing.
The agency’s mantra and experience is centered around the integration of paid, owned and earned, designed to enhance customer experience and increase market share and profitability.
Ubiquity Lab Founder and MD, Matt Allison, said, “I am thrilled to welcome Nids to the ULab family. He is an exceptional person, incredibly focused, and he greatly deepens our abilities. We are delighted to have her leading the digital and performance side of the business.
“Our phenomenal clients want and need an integrated and effective marketing ecosystem, not a vertical. They also want an end-to-end partner to help them navigate the business-to-client landscape and to deliver content, revolutionary omnichannel marketing and communications that drive real business results.
Nids joins with over 12 years of digital marketing experience, working with clients and agencies in Singapore and Australia, most recently at Atomic 212. His expertise spans paid media, technology and buying programmatic media. Nids has worked with some market leading clients including Adairs, Australian Unity, BMW, Beyond Blue, BHP, Flight Center and Spirit of Tasmania.
Nids said, “I decided to join Ubiquity Lab for the personal opportunity and challenge, as well as the potential for growth. Accepting a role with a disruptive new agency model means I’m not just a cog in a traditional client/agency environment. I can make a tangible difference and support our clients’ growth every step of the way.
“Matt’s support for gender equality and the empowerment of women as leaders within the company has also been a huge plus. Matt’s confidence in my ability and potential to lead the marketing of data, digital and performance of Ubiquity Lab is really exciting.
“Ubiquity Lab has achieved incredible success in a short time. I am convinced that my experience in digital performance will further accelerate the growth of Ubiquity Lab and each of our clients.
Some of Ubiquity Lab’s partners include Australian Business Growth Fund, Fulton Hogan, Genesis Care, Life Without Barriers, Removery, RSL Queensland and SFI Health.
Anthea Georgiou has also recently joined the team as PR Account Manager. Previously, she helped direct campaigns for the Melbourne Spring Racing Carnival, Tommee Tippee and the Gro Company during several agency placements.
“We are absolutely thrilled to have him; we are delighted to further expand the PR team and welcome Anthea to this role. We’re excited for what she’s going to accomplish,” Matt said.
